PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES:
All product delivery times are shown under the price in the Product Information of each product. These delivery times are estimated by the information provided to us by our suppliers and are for guidance only. Your order will be monitored and updated. You can monitor its progress through the My Account area of the website. Should there be any unforeseen delays with your order you will be contacted in advance by a member of our Customer Services team.
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday and will normally take place between 8pm and 6pm.
Delivery is free for all orders to Ireland and the United Kingdom. Your order will be delivered by our Standard Courier Service. Tracking information will be sent upon dispatch.
STANDARD COURIER DELIVERY FOR IRELAND AND THE UNITED KINGDOM:
You will be notified by email with the delivery information including a tracking number for you to monitor its progress. Some items may require basic assembly.
Please Note: It is important that you retain the packaging in case you wish to return the Item as you can return your order for any reason within 14 days - Provided that it is in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. All deliveries must be signed for.
Our delivery partners are Nightline for Ireland and UPS for the United Kingdom.
FREE RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS - FOR HOME CUSTOMERS (BUSINESS TO CONSUMER):
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, you are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish, provided that you
exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you
receive the goods. Should you wish to return your goods please complete and submit the
Returns Form found at the footer of the website. The Returns Form must be submitted within 14 days of the item being delivered. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to
retain possession of the goods and original packaging and take reasonable care of them until they have been returned to us.
When the form has been received by the Customer Services team and the Return has been approved, a member of our Customer Services team will contact you to arrange the collection of your goods. The goods will be collected by our Standard Courier within 14 days of Customer Services receiving and approving your return. We'll refund you no later than 7 days after the day we receive the
goods at our warehouse
Please Note: We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any
goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by
GOODS COLLECTED USING OUR STANDARD COURIER:
The day of collection will have notified to you by email. The items must ready and packaged in the original packaging. Couriers will not accept the collection otherwise.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
FREE - There is no charge for returning your goods.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS - FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (BUSINESS TO BUSINESS):

Our Customer Services team will investigate the issue and agree with you the best course of action which may include:
- Rectifying any defects
- Delivering any missing items
- Exchanging faulty products
- Returning goods against a credit note
